We believe in a whole-person approach. Your melt sessions are a great way to kick start a new exercise or nutrition program. They are also quite beneficial in pushing you over that plateau within an existing nutrition and exercise program.
Our melt sessions are great on their own. However, for best results, you should think of them as a three-legged stool. Nutrition, exercise, and melt sessions.
