So what can we do? We can either freeze it or heat. If you’re not playing games and ready for those rolls to be gone then you should consider fat freezing. We freeze the fat cells and they die. Now, this one takes a bit of time, up to 4 months to see the final results. But the results are fantastic. Your technician will advise you as to how many sessions you will need for maximum results. Three is not uncommon, because although it is a small area, those rolls are often dense!

If you’re in a hurry then you may want to heat the fat cells. Over half of our clients have some sort of measurable difference in their very first session. For optimum results, 8 to 12 weekly sessions are needed.
